Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to update you on the impact of COVID-19 on our activities.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect the production and movement of goods and services globally.  In addition, most countries are enacting significant measures to contain the virus.  This is a fast-evolving situation, and we continually monitor the spread of COVID-19 and the responses by governmental bodies to combat this pandemic.

Sensient Industrial’s business operations include supplying raw materials into the Home Care, Cleaning and Agriculture Industries. As detailed in the U.S. Presidential Policy Directive (PPD) 21 “Coronavirus guidelines for America,” Sensient Industrial has a critical responsibility to maintain normal operations. Our manufacturing site and supply chain is operational and continues to serve your needs and orders with the same high standards.

Sensient Industrial has made the decision, based on guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding social distancing, to allow as much of our staff as possible to work from home.  We have suspended all non-essential travel and are limiting outside visitors to our facilities.  Sensient has cross-trained staff for essential functions to meet your needs. Furthermore, we have adopted enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures to protect our staff who are working on-site.

Sensient is continually upgrading our contingency planning to be able to react to this developing crisis. We value our business relationships and we thank you for your support in these trying times.  If you have any questions please contact your Sensient Account Manager.
